I created Attain Pilates as a space where movement feels both empowering and restorative.

My vision for Attain Pilates is to make Pilates truly attainable for everyone. I believe this work is deeply beneficial for the body, yet it can often feel out of reach due to cost. With that in mind, I’ve intentionally created pricing that allows more people to experience the strength, balance, and connection that Pilates offers.

My approach to Pilates is rooted in strength, alignment, and balance—but also in how you feel. I believe that when we move with intention, we not only strengthen the body, but also create a deeper sense of calm and connection within ourselves.

I am certified through Balanced Body and offer personalized one-on-one reformer sessions, as well as small group mat classes. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support your individual goals while providing a focused, supportive environment.

What makes Attain Pilates unique is the integration of wellness modalities into every session. All appointments include clinical-grade red light therapy, with the option to enhance your experience through sauna, cold plunge, or massage therapy. As a licensed massage therapist, I bring a deeper understanding of the body into each session, helping to support recovery, alignment, and overall well-being.

Before discovering Pilates, I spent many years immersed in endurance sports. I’ve completed multiple triathlons, half marathons, and ran my first full marathon on my 40th birthday. As I look ahead to celebrating my 55th, I’m inspired to take on another marathon—continuing to honor movement as a lifelong journey.

I’m also deeply inspired by nature and spend much of my time hiking the beautiful trails of Ojai. That sense of grounding, balance, and presence is something I bring into every session.
